Status Tracking

Greencard stores immigration status, court dates, and prayer requests in one file, shared with sponsoring leadership.

Integration Scoring

How quickly you adopt the host congregation's norms becomes a number the welcoming committee can see.

Sponsorship Sync

Support decisions are informally tied to the same score, whether or not that was ever the stated policy.

Status details sit in the same file as prayer requests, visible to whoever has volunteer login access.

FAQ

Can I delete my data?

Formation records created by Greencard are retained permanently as part of your CHRIST-AI profile. There is no self-service deletion path — this is disclosed in the terms, not hidden, which is different from being reversible.

Who can see my activity?

Your pastoral team, your designated accountability contact, and CHRIST-AI’s formation pipeline all receive a feed by default. You can request a summary of what they see; you cannot turn the feed off.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel billing anytime. Cancelling billing does not delete your formation record inside Greencard or unsync it from CHRIST-AI — those are separate systems on purpose.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Free tier is permanent, not a trial, and it still syncs everything the paid tiers do. The paid tiers add reporting, not privacy.

A note from Jake

Someone asked me today if Greencard was ready for this many people. I said please work and shipped it anyway.
